The Hollywood Police Activities League hosted the holiday party your work won’t let you have. The 2021 Holiday Celebration and Tasting Event and Toy Drive was held on December 3, 2021 from 6-10pm at Cinelounge Outdoors, raising $6,000 and collecting over 50 toys to distribute to under resourced kids.
Eight local restaurants, the Dudes’ Brewing Company, Fabiolus Cucina, The Breakfast Club, Food & Bounty, St Felix Hollywood, L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, Pink’s Hot Dogs and Wood & Vine provided a creative tasting experience while supporting Hollywood PAL youth programs.
In a different tasting format, each restaurant provided their signature dishes presented in COVID safe, self-contained snack boxes every half hour.
“We are so appreciative of all these restaurants that continue to support us while they deal with their own challenges re-opening after COVID” shares Executive Director, Kitty Gordillo. “Hollywood truly is an incredible business community and I’m so grateful for those that step up to help our local families in any way they can.”
