Spring Break is a time for kids to be kids—and to take a well-deserved break from the challenges and stress of the school year.
This year, HPAL’s mentoring program celebrated Spring Break by taking a group of youth on an exciting, first-time adventure to the 60OUT Escape Room. From the wild world of Jumanji to the haunted corridors of a Ghost Ship, our participants were challenged to work together, think critically, and most importantly—have fun.
We’re proud to report that not only did they all make it out in one piece, but they also had an unforgettable time solving puzzles, decoding clues, and building trust and teamwork along the way.
HPAL mentors are dedicated to guiding youth of all ages in developing respect, resilience, and a never-quit attitude. These kids proved that when they support one another, there’s no challenge they can’t overcome.
