The Hollywood PAL Holiday Party was a joyous occasion where staff, officers and our PAL Families were able to come together for another potluck style gathering. On Saturday, December 14th, we met at Paramount Studios around the great Christmas tree to share in the Christmas spirit and share a meal to celebrate the season while sipping tea and hot chocolate.
Santa made an appearance, arriving in an LAPD cruiser along with Santa’s Helper! The kids rallied around and couldn’t wait to take family photos with Santa!
After a delicious meal, the families were ushered inside the Paramount Studios Theatre where some of our PAL kids were honored with awards for Most Inspirational, Most Improved, and Above and Beyond! Our PAL kids were not the only ones to receive recognition. Our very own Kitty Gordillo was given the Captains Award in recognition of her hard work and dedication to Hollywood PAL and the community she serves.
After the awards were all given out, the PAL families were treated to the movie “IF” to drive home those “good feels” to end the night. It was an extraordinary evening filled with joy and merriment for the holiday season.
