Social media was all a buzz as kids responded to the themes of the movie: commitment to one’s community, the power of relationships, overcoming the odds… We all strongly recommend going to see the film when it opens February 20th!
On Saturday, January 31st, 50 Pals and Cadets loaded onto a bus and headed to the Coliseum to run the AltaMed 5K which was then followed by an all-day health expo featuring a Youth Mindfulness Session led by former NFL player and yogi, Keith Mitchell.
